To order your new Photographic artwork simply click the option for you, and Pop it in your Bag. Even when you have placed your photographic artwork in to your bag, you are not committed to buy unless you complete the buying process. At any time before this point, you can delete items form your bag by simply clicking ‘remove’
Payment.
Currently all purchase’s are made via the paypal system, although we may be able to invoice business and trade buyers - but please check with us in advance.
Once The RedBag Gallery has successfully received your order, you will by return receive a confirmation e-mail.

Delivery.
Your new Photographic artwork will be dispatched to you usually within 21 day’s this allows our photographers to have the work print / mounted / framed. See the Carriage page for more details. We use Royal Mail parcel force or First Class.

Returns.
All the photographic artwork we supply is fragile and can be easily damaged so please treat it with care. If you decide that you unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the work within seven days of delivery in resalable condition and you will receive a credit note. If there is a genuine fault in the preparation of the artwork, please contact us in the first instance as we should offer the photographer the chance to repair it or put right your concerns.

Copyright.
Copyright is retained by the photographer when you buy their work. Any reproductions, except for archive reasons (recording for insurance purposes, for example) is a breach of copyright law. Please contact us if you are unsure and we will consult the photographer.
